Busago, the name derived from the word “Busa” meaning flower is a casual dining restaurant specializing in Burmese, Thai, Chinese and other Asian cuisines. With over seven different outlets, Busago serves some of the best bowls in Mumbai popularly known as “Asia in a Bowl”. Each dish is at it's finest and has the authencity of herbs and spices picked out from trained chefs. We started with the Som Tom Prawn Salad which we really enjoyed. The salad was made from raw papaya, mango, cherry tomatoes, steam cooked prawns further garnished with crushed peanuts. Further , on the recommendation of the chef we decided to go with the Sesame Chicken Rice Bowl, steamed cooked rice topped with the gravy of honey glaze chicken, egg, soy and sesame. An absolute pleasure for the rainy weather on that day . This dish was warming soothing and delicious on so many levels.
