'' Eating is a necessity but cooking is an Art''. The Art House at Fern Residency is one beautiful outlet for fine dining. Serving both Ala carte and Buffet, the outlet boasts of it's classy yet simple ambience with ample space for seating.

To start off with we tried their

Makhmali Kebab

Doesn't the name itself sound inviting? These were basically boneless pieces of chicken marinated in a velvety creamy blend of cream, casher and garlic. Cooked in tandoor, the kebabs were so soft and melted right away in your mouth making your taste buds go Olalala! Highly Recommend this. Dish.

Garlic Infused Prawns

These were quite good I must say especially the infusion of garlic, olives and chilli flavor. Moving onto the main course:

Parsley Crusted Basa with Dill Cream Sauce:

For a change instead of Chicken /Mutton dishes as usual, we tried Fish. Yes you read that right! Well I couldn't get my heart to order any other dish and neither could I take my eyes off the dish nor stop myself from relishing it. The Fish fillet was perfectly grilled and crusted with parsley, alongside which we had rice with the dill sauce. Not to forget the veggies just complimented every bite so well. Presentation wise lovely. Taste wise Mind Blowingly Delicious.

The most exciting part are the variety of Mocktails they serve :

Kiwi punch

A Punch to your taste buds, but not the one that'll hurt you but rather that will uplift your mood. Lime juice, 7 Up along with Kiwi crush was so relishing especially the crushed Kiwi seeds that came along each sip.

Sherley Temple

It was basically Orange juice with Grenadine syrup and soda. Good to taste nothing to brag about.

Virgin Apple Mojito

Virgin Apple mojito, a Non-alcoholic Cocktail was by far The Best and a very lavish looking mocktail. When I say the best I mean it beat all the dishes of the day and all the mocktails I've had so far. Not Only can you drink and savor it but you can also Eat it. YES! A hint of mint in it was an adder credit.

For Dessert we tried

Chocolate ring fruit custard

A perfect ring of chocolate filled with perfectly tasty fruit custard was served. Though the chocolate wasn't all so good but the custard stole the credits. The beautiful blend of fruits made the custard worth the wait.

Warm chocolate Brownie

Rich gooey cake served warm with delicious chocolate sauce was yummy.

The staff were great and quick to cater to all. Our needs. We were totally satisfied with the service and enjoyed the food in all honesty. A lovely place to dine in with friends and family since location wise too it is quite favorable.
